iirc, Peter Navarro was the driver of the anti-China policy on the last go around. Now that he is out of prison, he is back in place with the incoming administration.

Don’t count on it. As an earlier POTUS said, the Constitution “is only a piece of paper”. If he can draw breath in 28, he will run.
