All the hybrids save fuel over the '07 Civic, none is wasted, it takes DW where she needs to go.
SoCal may have more as it’s a major population center, taking all the NorCal water it can.
Hybrids don’t spew any beyond current legal limits, and all are improvement over the current '07 Civic.
SMOG testing wastes none of our time, a Civic duty, so to speak. We’re retired, not an issue.
Without seeing any maintenance issues, any new vehicle will be less than the '07 Civic. An EV is NOT being considered, too limiting for our needs.
