So, looks like TMF is serving up pages quite slowly today, here on the COLD left coast.
Is anyone else seeing this? …or is it just me?

Gotcha… thanks. Seems maybe my PC is cold this morning. Things seem to have corrected themselves and I’m back to semi-normal speeds.

I have occasional slow spells.
Just a couple of minutes ago, I was browsing a board and clicked a link to read one post. TMF didn’t respond within a second or two, so I clicked the reload button. Still no response. Went back a page, refreshed that page, then clicked to go back into the board I was browsing. All at acceptable speeds. Then clicked to read that same post, and everything stopped again. So I just waited.
While waiting, I opened another tab and browsed a different board and was able to immediately open a post. The first tab was still waiting. Eventually, that first tab did load the page. Took maybe a minute.
No idea if the problem is at TMF or me. I do have an ad blocker, so that might enter into the mix.
Still, it all seems pretty random.

Thanks Peter... yes, I've also seen this, throughout the day and like you, very random. I also have an blocker, but I don't see where this should affect.
I don't see this elsewhere... but the SW here is like a dinosaur on the web. Minimal HTML and no images/vids displayed, even from outside sources. )o: Oh well... how many sites have been up for almost 30 years, running SW like this?

It’s just you … oh, and by the way, my wife thinks everything is slow as well.
