I used to live there, still have family there. No hate. Just a certain…disappointment…in the way things are done there. (And occasional schadenfreude.)

Of course, Germany hasn’t been doing all that well…

Andy,

US Latinos if taken as a group have a GDP that is 5th in the world.

We need to get rid of that, sarcasm.

CA is something like 50% plus Latino.

Hmm, not really.

The 2020 census found for California:
White alone 62%
Hispanic 19%
Black alone 12%
Asian alone 6%
American Indian and Alaska Native alone 1%
Some Other Race alone 8%
Two or More Races 10.2%

Ok I get it but nobody is perfect.

It’s not just Germany. It’s #3 in the world. There are only 2 countries that have a bigger GDP. That is amazing and should be celebrated. I am tired of people that can’t even pass a GED telling everyone how bad a state is doing when the state they are in is rapidly falling down. (That last was not pointed at you DR.)
