CONY (Yieldmax ETF) followup from Sep 2023 post

Thought I would add another tidbit:

A few weeks ago, my annualized future dividend outlook reached a low point caused by the “artificial” market drop.

Since then, it has increased 40%, as of this week.

This behavior is similar to my expectations, so I am gaining a little confidence in them.

Current holdings:

YBIT 1.18% YIELDMAX Bitcoin OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
YMAX 1.15% YieldMax™ Universe Fund of Option Income ETFs
MSTY 1.08% YIELDMAX MSTR OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
SDTY 0.92% YieldMax™ S&P 500 0DTE Covered Call Strategy ETF
ULTY 0.88% YIELDMAX Ultra OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
CONY 0.77% YIELDMAX COIN OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
PLTY 0.25% YieldMax PLTR Option Income Strategy ETF
NVDY 0.19% YieldMax NVDA Option Income Strategy ETF
TSLY 0.13% YIELDMAX TSLA OPT INCM STRTGY ETF

Update: this month my CONY hit 400% (4 times my original number of shares) of my original purchase (March 2024) just off of DRIP. I also hold MSTY. MSTY and CONY are two of the top 3 ETF’s in the Yieldmax family in regards to yield since inception. MSTY has returned over 300% since it first was introduced. I’ve been looking at ULTY which holds multiple stocks and pays weekly. This ETF has a more stable share price than CONY and MSTY however it pays a slightly lower annual yield in its history. Still, its looking like it will be over 100% annual yield with reinvestment of the dividends. Gene, you have held ULTY for a while now. Do you have any thoughts about ULTY? The dividend is consistent and the share price seems to be more stabile since it went weekly…doc

Hi @physician,

This is our current position sizing. The gaps at 32, 35, 36 & 38 are small stock positions.

29. YMAX 1.05% YieldMax™ Universe Fund of Option Income ETFs
30. YBIT 1.04% YIELDMAX Bitcoin OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
31. SDTY 1.03% YieldMax™ S&P 500 0DTE Covered Call Strategy ETF
33. ULTY 0.80% YIELDMAX Ultra OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
34. MSTY 0.79% YIELDMAX MSTR OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
37. CONY 0.59% YIELDMAX COIN OPT INCM STRTGY ETF
39. PLTY 0.25% YieldMax PLTR Option Income Strategy ETF
40. NVDY 0.25% YieldMax NVDA Option Income Strategy ETF
41. TSLY 0.10% YIELDMAX TSLA OPT INCM STRTGY ETF

These have been returning a lot of capital in the distributions. All these positions are “red” on Schwab which only looks at Buy Price/Shares/Current Price. It does not show actual total return unless it is on a report somewhere.

I still exclude them on my basic dividend statistics on all my reports including the daily report in my Fool Profile (Below)

The majority of the dividends have been used to invest in stock or in our 2 bond ETF’s: HYGV & SCHI with the remainder being used to top-off our expense cash cushion.

I have added very few shares. Mostly I will add using “left over” cash. Example: Today I spent $4,500 on CTRA, HYGV and SCHI. I had $13 left and bought 1 share of YBIT for $10.33.
