Jeff Green was awarded the largest pay package of any public company at one point. He completely played shareholders and wallstreet. He moved the domicile of the company to avoid oversight and extend his 10 for 1 voting rights. There is no bigger excrement in business than Jeff.
This stock has been a perennial favorite rec at the motley fool. It’s indicative of a paid service that has completely lost its way.
If a hero lives long enough he becomes a villain, or something like that.

The only solace in this one is Jeff’s ill timed $150 million buy in of shares. I think it was a stunt that he thought would somehow build a floor for the stock. He’s down about $60million just on that Tranche alone. Of course, he completely controls the board and voting power. So, he’ll at some point reset the SBC metrics in addition to taking the largest base compensation of anyone in the industry. Live and learn.
