Ron Wyden, a Democratic senator from Oregon and the ranking member of the Senate finance committee, posted on Bluesky that sources had confirmed to him that the Treasury’s highly-sensitive database had been opened up to the tech billionaire and his team.
Donald Trump’s new treasury secretary, Scott Bessent, had granted the billionaire’s Doge team “full access to this system”.
Wyden added that the data bonanza included “social security and medicare benefits, grants, payments to government contractors … All of it.”

Musk, of course, will leak things about his and Trump’s enemies. On the other hand, His Nibs might exile to Big Brother’s memory hole information on how much his companies have received in government largesse over the years, tax info, etc. Can you imagine Musk in charge of loads of incriminating evidence showing who grifted PPP and never paid a penny back to who has become the fattest subsidy truffle hound (Musk) on the planet?
For instance, Musk would now have details on every single supporter of TFG in Owesley County, KY, but do you think he would publicize this information?
Wow that is amazing. 95 percent are Republicans and on food stamps. The whole Republican party is just one big food stamp culture. No wonder they support Trump.
