What does the price cap mean exactly? Does it mean that once you’ve spent 3,549 pounds, you don’t get charged for any energy used after that point? If that’s the case, then once you reach that point, wouldn’t you rationally turn the heat up, turn the A/C down, leave the TV on as long as you like, etc?
