I want to pose a question to the moderators, but locate any method to do that? Any assistance plz.

I don’t know of any way to post a question that can only be read by the moderators. If you are willing to make the question public, this is as good a place as any, unless you are a paying subscriber to some TMF service. This is a board on the free side. The premium side has its own set of boards. Your best bet there would be, I think, Just Ask.

This is a prime example of my consternation. I thought I was posting to general community. I’ve been an Epic subscriber for two years. I was reaching out to the public board because I routinely post on the premium boards and thought a wider outreach wold be more successful.

So, I know all this information is out there but I’m still stuck at square one.

You posted to everyone on the free side, which could be considered a general community. That general community overlaps with but is different from the general community on the premium side. The free and premium sides are separate, with a Switch to (the other) button of each. Note also that on the premium side there are many boards that are open to all subscribers, and boards that are specific to what premium services one has joined (and paid for).
