As reported in many places previously, indoor air quality suffers with health issues for children and adults when natural gas is used for cooking.

So I’ve read. All I can say is that I grew up in a house with gas cooking and we all did fine.

Of course I now have asthma, but then I also smoked for 30 years, so that was stupid. (We also have a gas stove - and gas fireplace - in this house, and love it.) I suppose induction stoves will be the hot new thing, supposedly they’re faster and more efficient, which was my complaint about our electric stoves in several of our past residences.
