There’s so much to unpack here.
Good golly…things are bleak.
Everyone knows these problems can be addressed with job training programs and apprentice programs, etc.
It will not happen overnight, but each success builds confidence that others can succeed. Sort of a new form of compound interest.
We need to do a better job of encouraging participation. And letting people know they are hiring.
Platitudes are not plans that can be executed.
