Bulwinkl brought Kite to the board in January. He didn’t just say “KITE is a good stock”, but he fully discussed it, and he gave us an introduction to the family of CAR-T stocks. It was enough that I took a small position at $47 (and have added since, but it’s still just a 2.6% position.) Well KITE just passed $100 on Friday, and is thus up 112% from where I first bought it, in less than 6 months. I wanted to call out Bulwinkl on his alerting the board to this. After all, that’s the overriding purpose of this board: helping each other to find and evaluate good companies and good stocks.

Saul,
Thanks. I appreciate the kind words. I continue to believe in KITE. I think that there is another strong pop(s) coming just around the corner due to a likely FDA approval of KITE’s therapy, AND I think KITE is a very, very strong takeover candidate for one of the big pharma stocks. At the end of the year, I bet we’ll look back to this day and say the best was yet to come.
