Regular FLNG projects are themselves challenging. The Russian project adds more complexity in that it is the first FLNG project in a Harsh Environment. The displacement of FLNG Prelude is about the equivalent of 5 aircraft carriers. So just imagine this monstrosity with a concrete component. OTOH, I admire the engineering challenges overcome on this project.
