But they are charging him with the same thing that the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbot and the Governor of Florida, Ron Desantis did. This should be great watching this trial LOL I wonder if his defense will be that it was a Mistake?

Same sequence as Jose Padilla: claim he’s guilty of something really lurid and horrific, and toss him in prison without trial. When the regime can’t take the heat anymore, he finally gets a trial, but not on the lurid and horrific charges the government claimed initially.

What the AG said, in her presser, was that he was part of a huge, MS 13 run, human trafficking operation. But, does the actual indictment say anything about a huge, gang conspiracy? Was there any violence involved? Padilla was a pretty sketchy character, who was found guilty, and sentenced to 21 years in the clink, but the charge had nothing to do with the “dirty bomb” plot the #43 regime claimed he was involved in, when they tossed him in prison without trial.

my 1st reaction is that his return is just a smokescreen to take the heat off the breakup of the Trump/Musk luv affair. Trump does this all of the time, it would be fair to describe him as a big ole drama queen.
He was charged with what was (relatively) easy to show and convict.

Capone was a fee man until then. Garcia and Padilla were tossed in prison first, on lurid claims designed to win public support. Only when public outrage forced a course change, did the government come up with something they actually might have some evidence for.
