Actually they talked about it and said it was loaded with a round in the chamber. 
I can’t see how they would know that, it’s not like a bullet in the chamber of an assault weapon is visible. But I did notice that she had her finger off the trigger. If you notice her hand by the trigger the pistol grip is gripped by all fingers, now the real operator is the guy to the right of her. Notice his trigger finger.

Like most of her gear, they undoubtedly gave her the firearm as well. And there is no way they would hand a loaded weapon to an untrained civilian.
Untrained in the sense of their level of training. I don’t doubt that she’s had some firearms training. The quality of that training and the following of that training might be called into question, though.

I love rumors! So what is the source of this rumor? A random tweet by a hater? MSNBC? The guy’s wife? Please give us more details if you are going to spread rumors, it would be nice to judge the quality of such “information”
As suggested before, the SCOTUS directive to the regime to “facilitate” the release of the man mistakenly carted off to El Salvador is completely toothless..
