Amazon is having a sale on Turbotax at the moment - so if that’s your preferred choice of SW, now may be a good time to buy it and get a $10 gift card at the same time.
I just bought Premier + $10 card for $64.99 (essentially $55 for Premier)
Costco has the same price. Even better the $10 rebate is taken off the price at checkout and not a gift card.
Additionally there is a $10 credit for use for state efiling or Audit defense.

It’s $65 for premier at costco plus a $10 credit to use toward state e-file or audit defense.
That’s not the same price - but if you will do an in-app purchase that’s at least $10, it could be essentially the same out-of-pocket as the costco purchase.
Amazon is giving a 30-day return/replacement from when it’s delivered… Which probably isn’t sufficient for most people who will be doing 2022 taxes. I certainly don’t expect to have my tax documents within the next 30-35 days.
But having used turbotax for 2 years now, I’m not worried.
(And I am one of those few people who doesn’t have a costco membership)
