In the past couple of weeks, I’ve noticed that I have to re-login to the Motley Fool site anytime I click on an email link. I also have to re-login to the site if I leave the browser tab and come back later to continue reading. I’ve been a Fool for many years, and this is the first time I’ve seen this behavior. Does Motley Fool automatically time-out after a certain period? I admit it is annoying to have to do this every time now. Thanks for any insights, Bruce
You shouldn’t have to do it all the time. TMF uses a number of security and authentication tools, and it is possible one of them could have been having a bad day. It’s also possible that if you have cookies disabled, TMF could not install an authentication tracker.
