Reports of them refusing to obey orders, sabotaging their own equipment and even “accidentally” shooting down one of their own aircraft. Since they don’t have senior NCOs I suppose they will have to use officers for the firing squad … of course since the rebels are armed … tough situation?
This may become a real game changer once the word gets out? I wonder if they still have the old KGB type units that were intended for exactly this purpose. Units that retreated were often shot down with machine guns.
Britain’s GCHQ spy chief says Russian soldiers refused to carry out orders in Ukraine

LONDON, March 30 (Reuters) - The head of Britain’s GCHQ spy service said on Wednesday that new intelligence showed some Russian soldiers in Ukraine had refused to carry out orders, sabotaged their own equipment and accidentally shot down one of their own aircraft.
There was a piece on the Beeb last night, video report of a village Ukrainian troops had retaken. Besides the expected burned out Russian tanks and APCs, there were a lot of bullet riddled civilian cars, some with the burned bodies of the civilian occupants within or nearby.
There was one sequence of Ukrainian drone footage, before the Russians bugged out, of civilian cars driving down a highway, seeing a dug in Russian tank next to the road, turning around and running away. One car stopped, the driver got out, raised his hands. The Russians shot him down where he stood. When Ukrainian troops retook the area, the car was still there, full of bullet holes, burned out, with the burned body of the driver laying next to it, and the burned body of his wife still in the car.
Another part of that report showed the Russian troops living area: total mess, trash everywhere, which the Beeb said was evidence of poor discipline.

Meanwhile, Putin is drafting another 130,000 cannon fodder. Apparently the calculus is to keep trowing bodies at Ukraine until the Ukrainian troops are exhausted.
