Something changed today in the way I navigate the Community site. On the left of the screen under Community, there used to be something labeled “everything”, that doesn’t seem to be there anymore.

It’s been renamed Topics, since that’s what it was really showing, not Everything. For those of us used to Everything, it doesn’t matter too much but newer folks were (apparently) confused. Something the software provider did in their last update. (Along with about 100 other things, some of which you may see as you go, some which we’ll probably never notice)
