Broker report after Easter – will take it.
- 11 dry bulkers sold - 10 in the smallest class (Handy or smaller), 1 Supramax/Ultramax
- Nice return for the Supramax owner, and any owner selling for > $12M
- 7 tanker sales, including a pair of LNG tankers
- 4 or 5 year old Aframax/LR2 sold for $73M - seller very happy
- Navios sub-Panamax size vessel sold for $17M. The difference of a few years in the container marker - that vessel would probably have sold $30M - $35M about two years ago.
