My current workaround is to click on the “Latest” button showing in your screen shot. (Yes, it’s a button in spite of the non-intuitive UI.)
That should get you all of the threads on the board, with the most recent replies on top.
But it’s still a workaround and not a fix. Hopefully, the foolish techies can wrap their heads around this. It’s really annoying.
