Hi,
I am new to this site and would like to ask a question in the Retirement section but it appears there’s no ability to post a question and this appears to be the case in every other topic section other than this one.
If I’m missing something, please educate me on how to simply post a question in a forum (ie pretty basic stuff).

Click on the “New Topic” link and you should be able to post a new topic:
If you want to get more specific, you can use the “Subcategories” link and choose one of those subtopics:
When you choose a subcategory, you can click on the “New Topic” link in that subcategory:
Edited to add:
Some categories require you to choose a subcategory before you can post a new topic.

Click on the Fools Cap upper left for a list of all boards. Select one of interest and then new topic.
