We use Chorus.AI and it is a great product; this is a smart acquisition for Zoom Info (at least from a product fit). I am surprised Salesforce didn’t buy Chorus (maybe they got outbid? unlikely) as it is a tool used by many sales reps and their managers to assess quality of sales interactions.
My sense is that ZoomInfo is trying to position themselves to get acquired by MSFT, Salesforce or Oracle.
