These are dividend payers off of Justin Law’s CCC list that have a long and growing dividend history, where dividend growth is not on a decline. I haven’t looked yet at cash flow per share progression, cash flow to dividend payouts or trends in interest expense, but I will if prices get a bit better (lower) than they are now.

I started looking at these this last summer when the S&P was on the decline, with my target of 3600 when the best of this group, such as AFL and TXN had yields well north of 3%. But I was greedy, and should have picked several up when the S&P dropped to mid 3500s. Hate it when I do that. So I’m back to watching and waiting.
