Why were eggs coincidently in the news for being $10 dozen? Just before an election a supermarket named Stop and Shop made national headlines that inflation is so bad eggs are $10 per dozen.
Never mind that all their other eggs were much lower in price.
Why run that flag up that pole to get that notoriety?
Stop and Shop is unionized. There is a lot of animosity towards their union by the management.
My innocent mid 80s parents were worried. Why not Stop and Shop used them royally.
