TMDX has risen post Q3 ER. Why? Because it was 18% shorted prior and is now 20% shorted. So while the earnings report was good, the stock has a temp premium in its current price that will likely evaporate over the next few weeks/months.

For those who have the guts to short it, it might look like some sure gains.
