Family n friends raised questions WEEKS before the guy “snapped”.
His best friend alerted the cops. The cops denigrated the friend.
Police were hammered by Yellow Flag laws. At least that’s what the Law L&Ss are claiming.

It appears that there are enough different laws and flags to keep the legal system occupied, and no real “decisions” made?
