The SSA notifies both/multiple employers when the same SSN is submitted with payroll records. ONE employer will have the correct/valid paperwork. The rest? Not so much…
Steve mentioned someone grabbing a name and DOB from a gravestone - there would not be two workers for the SSN.

Birth and death records are in Social Security files. Then an employer would be required to have the employee provide the paperwork. A previously-used SSN won’t work–even if the old number was from a dead person (info in database–remember?). So, still no go for the wannabe employee. Non-existent SSN will also be zapped. SSA has the data, so whoever wants to create their own SSN will have to get it from SSA or else be out of the system entirely. The biggest frauds in the govt are Melon and TIG. Get rid of them ASAP.

I do not think I can go on Facebook any longer and bash things because the “campaign” will redirect their efforts to me and have the IRS audit me as harassment.
You can see the irony of how one alien who broke the law is going after other aliens who work physically harder than the first mentioned has ever thought of working. Never mind the endless admissions of taking hard drugs in the CEO position.

I don’t think there is any chance under current law that he would be denaturalized for being here illegally all those years ago. And I hope the law is not changed to allow that.

I understand that Adrian but part of the poisoned fruit? Musk is all part of this so he should be held to the same standards as the least of us. If our President starts deporting people that are here because they were born in the United States from Foreign born people, what else will he be after?
Just to be clear, I have no problem with immigrants. I have always found them to be hard working and good people. The people that have a problem with them will use them to clean their yards and clean their houses but then want them gone. Those people are in for a rude awakening.

Elon is doing the difficult task of getting rid of corrupt, waste and fraud and reducing deficit and debt. He has millions of Americans behind him. He has the power, money and Trump backing him up. He is just getting started. The antibody reaction will be strong.
Any corrupt people that come in front of this or put up obstacles, especially violence will become roadkill.

No. He is getting rid of what he doesn’t like and simply calling it fraud and waste. A private citizen with no vetting or approval of Congress is blocking payments authorized by Congress. And people here are cheering it.

Mayor Yorty of Los Angeles was a classic of actual (in this order) corruption, waste, and self-serving stupidity in governance. As a very young man I spent the summer of 1974 helping to shovel it out during the reforming Tom Bradley’s first year in office. I worked under the management of actual professional actuarial garbage shovelers, who knew what they were doing. I admired them greatly but absolutely would not have wanted them working on any of my missile guidance, fighter plane avionics, or cyber/info projects.
I greatly admire Musk’s visionary engineering, but he is a political nincoompoop with dangerous ego problems in the way of his doing any public good around governance, which is a different field of competence from business management.
I te old days I would have added a well earned “Well, duh.”

I was not making a prediction, but rather just distinguishing between fraud as perceived by Musk (potentially lacking in significant, relevant perspective) and actual court-adjudicated fraud.
