As of last week mass transit is mask optional in Portugal. About 10% of riders opt to mask.

Singapore just dropped all mask indoor mask requirements this week… exception being public transportation and health care facilities. But so much less restrictive than it was before

Masks required many, if not most, public places in Philippines. Hospitals are veritable fortresses against COVID. Wife had subdural hematoma surgery delayed over 24-hours due to lack of COVID pcr test results. Doctors finally declared emergency so they could operate and get home for Sunday dinner.
