The media has been running pix of long lines of draft aged Russian men trying to cross the border into Georgia. Putin has a plan: establish an “enlistment” office at that border crossing. I’m sure we will start seeing pix of young men being dragged from their cars in that traffic jam, kicking and screaming, to be “compulsorily enlisted”.
