“I mean, we’re in a very different place with COVID than we were just when I was on the air last time, and that is the vaccines, we know, do not prevent you from either transmitting it or getting the disease,” Maher continued.
“They just prevent you from dying, which is a great part of it, let’s not undercount that. But if they don’t prevent you from transmitting it and they don’t prevent you from getting it why are we still treating this disease the way we always have? And what the f*ck is the use of a booster shot? Because I will never get a booster shot.”
Maher was never terrified of Covid as it killed people with comorbidities & elderly. He goes on to point out the professional class has been largely unaffected as they can work from home. That it is the working class getting shafted. And that elites continue to party & go to functions & dinners while the working class are locked down. “That is going to create a class resentment,” Maher continued. LOL I guess Maher missed the 2016 election.
Anyway is just an illustration a voice of those folks fed up with restrictions. Especially as he does not believe the experts really know what they are doing. “They don’t know a lot about anything,” Maher responded when asked whether he thought:
“Dr. Anthony Fauci or the medical establishment really know what they are doing.”
What to do with these folks. They are not interested in 6 months booster shots.

Pfizer Inc Chief Executive Albert Bourla said on Saturday that an annual COVID-19 vaccine would be preferable to more frequent booster shots in fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
"Once a year - it is easier to convince people to do it. It is easier for people to remember.
Hey people put up with annual flu vaxes; let’s do the same with Covid vaxes to continue the cash flow. Because we don’t want angry frustrated people sitting at home getting no vaxes. So I guess that is the new “science” position likely influenced by financial considerations.
