They have screwed up these discussion boards so much that, after over about 25 years here, I am through with them. Best of luck to all. I think that soon (not quite yet now) will be an opportunity in gold miners that will equal or surpass that which I successfully rode in 2009.

Are you guys starting to have second thoughts yet? Are you starting to get the feeling that maybe, just maybe you messed up?
Why the heck did TMF not get a handful of your most prominent posters do a trial run of the new site, and get feedback from them before you did the cutover?

Many TMF’ers are like me: contract employees who had zero input into the new site/format.
We saw it at the same time you did. Personally, I am still struggling some with it (age 75 computer dunce), but as I use trial and error (and re-read some of the guidelines/help posts on the site), things have gotten a bit easier. Asking questions helps also.
Is it as easy to me as the old format? No. But I used that for almost 20 years, and I remember feeling a bit overwhelmed when I came to TMF in April of 2023, having never made a post on ANY website prior to that.
So, I will continue to try and “light some candles” instead of "cursing the darkness.
