Early reports but not so. Some are and a lot aren’t. The news was weighted over rare earths. The biggest deposit is under the Russians. But that might be the goal to oust them.
Adding this is the long game. It will take 18 years to start mining them after a win against Russia. It is well worth it. Your great great great grandchildren may need this. It is pure wealth for the West for decades to come.
