Starting Gate is designed to provide the portfolio with a plan going forward based on the prior month’s roster performance and the Monthly Review. I am going to jump the gun today by initiating a plan for March primarily based on the review I have done on Earnings Season. I am waiting until the month plays out to put together the February Performance Review: as it stands now, I have cut the January deficit by a little over 4 pts largely based on repetitive short term profitable sales of MELI as well as MSlob style Mole Whacking. On to the March Starting Gate.
Current Thinking:
Based on ER performance so far and on the +/- Efficiency Scores in particular I intend to make the following roster adjustments given that the market cooperates:

Add Bill at a half Position with the intention of working the company into a STARTER over time.

Add SNOW with a Bench Level position.

Add back CFLT with a Scout Team position.
