I have met Jewish Palestinians. I have met Christian Palestinians. Most Palestinians are Muslim. There are other religions as well.
Hamas is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. No one wants them.
Muslim nations at times have oil wealth but most Muslim nations are not wealthy enough to take refugees without repercussions. The Palestinians have a long history of destabilizing wherever they migrate.
The Middle East does not have borders like you think of France and Spain or Germany today. The ME borders are in dispute. The Israeli borders are more solid in some ways. Israel is the main modern state in the area.
The Arabs all just question where the borders should be. Yemen SA, Sudan, Somalia, the three parts of Iraq, the Kurds, and Lebanon, if there is no money the mess is even worse. Syria has a fantasy of controlling it all one day.
